Our Team

Ryan is the founder and lead financial advisor at Impact Wealth Group. Before founding Impact Wealth Group, Ryan spent years as a law enforcement officer with the Plano Police Department (Texas) and the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office (Louisiana).

Ryan holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Certified Military Financial Advisor™ (CMFA™), Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA®), Behavioral Financial Advisor (BFA™), and an MBA from the University of Texas-Dallas.

Ryan was born and raised in Louisiana and now lives in Fort Worth, Texas. Ryan enjoys spending time with his loving wife and two beautiful daughters, fishing, and volunteering with HopeKids – North Texas where he is a Board Member. As our Director of Operations, Jenna holds the Series 7 and 63 registrations. Before joining Impact Wealth Group, she gained experience in multiple operational roles for firms in both Dallas and San Diego, as well as working on the Institutional side for Charles Schwab.

Jenna graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BA in Sociology-Criminology, and a minor in Psychology. Jenna was born and raised in Coppell, TX and now lives happily in Prosper, TX. When not in the office, Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, exercising, reading, and horseback riding.

Allen is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) who specializes in financial planning and investment management services. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas where Ryan McLin & Allen both graduated. Prior to entering financial services, he was a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and then spent a decade in various corporate finance roles.

When not in the office, Allen enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, traveling, hunting, fitness, and a good craft beer. 

John is our dedicated Client Support Manager for Impact Wealth Group. John holds the Disability Income Associate Designation, SIE Registration, and a Texas Notary Public.

John has worked in the Fire Service since 2021 and is currently a firefighter for the City of Royse City.

John graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS in Business. John was born and raised in Louisiana before relocating to Texas where he calls the City of McKinney his home.  John is active within his church and enjoys volunteering with nonprofits in both Texas and Costa Rica. When not in the office, John enjoys being physically active, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors by fishing and hunting.
